Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 9-17 business days. Our Ghost Cat Kawaii Black Ceramic Mug is printed and shipped from the US, so it typically arrives faster — within 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Are your kettles safe to use?
Yes! All our kettles come with UL certification for the US market, automatic shut-off, and dry-boil protection.

Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic pieces are — check the individual product description for specifics.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
As of 2025, the United States has removed the De Minimis exemption for products shipped from China. This means your order may be subject to import duties upon arrival. These fees are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
